Returns & Refunds
Because our products are fresh, perishable food products, there are some specific rules around returns and refunds.
Perishable Food Products
For food products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, the usual online change-of-mind cancellation rights do not apply.
This means we generally cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind after receiving your order.
However, this does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet the required standard.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or in a condition that you believe makes a product unsuitable to eat, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please do not consume a product if you believe it is unsafe or unsuitable to eat.
Where possible, please provide:

This helps us investigate the issue with the delivery company or our production team.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product or your order is incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and arrange a refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible because our products are perishable.
Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it will normally be made to the original payment method.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We will not exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
